Select an object to rotate, then go to the Reference Point Selector in the Control Panel and select the point that you want the object to pivot from. Click, hold, and select to bring it to the top level. If any kind person whants to try it for me, here are the first few pages of one of my patterns, both letter and A4 versions - just print page 2 which is the test grid. The Rotate Tool is under the Free Transform Tool on the Toolbar. I have many members and actually I'm not getting complaints which is strange. I shall have to continue to emphasise the fact that they must test before printing patterns and then deal with problems as they arise. It's all so simple with Mac Preview or straight from Safari! But I need to be able to direct all my users to a reliable free pdf reader. The landscape page is stretched slightly horizontally. I have been going quite potty comparing grids from two imacs and a macbook pro using Acrobat Reader and Pro printing to two printers - but I'm getting the same with the MP210. I have canon MP210 and MP240 and it seemed to be happening only on the MP240 - I have updated drivers on both printers. I was begining to think it may be the printer driver. I'm using Acrobat 10 and Acrobat Pro is the same.
